1. How do I cancel my order?
Please contact Amazon Support or cancel your order from your Amazon.com account. Note that we can't cancel Amazon orders.
If you ordered from our website lascoota.com, please contact our customer service team at sayhello@infinitecommerce.com. Please include your order number, the name of the purchased item, and the reason for cancellation in your message. Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.
2. How do I track my order?
You should receive a confirmation email from Amazon.com, then a follow-up notification with your tracking number. Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed.
If you ordered from our website lascoota.com, it can take up to 48-72 hours (excluding weekends) for the tracking number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.
3. What if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?
Please contact Amazon Support directly at 1-866-216-1072 to report order delivery issues such as lost or damaged boxes. We can't replace Amazon.com orders that have been lost or damaged during transit.
